Smoothie (whole banana ~100 cal, 8 strawberries ~50, half cup fat free skim milk ~45)

Cuppicino ~100 cal
Lunch: 0
Dinner: Spaghetti (noodles ~180 cal, sauce ~95 cal, 4 meatballs ~160 cal)
Total 435
Corn ~75 cal
Daily total: 805 cal
... So this would actually be a pretty good start for me. Under 1000 calories.
My parents cook. I cant wait til this weekend. I work all weekend, 11am-9:30pm. So i wont have to eat at all! :) although, thanksgiving is going to be hell. Good luck to you all, stay strong!
