Why do we as Americans insist on gorging ourselves on holidays? its disgusting!! this whole 4-day weekend was a binge and purge, binge and purge. I'm making a new rule. Only eat when my parents literally make me. The only thing I'll allow is drinks. From now on, no breakfast. I'll make green tea every morning instead..
